Self-care isn't about escaping your life—it's about creating the capacity to live it well.

"I'm exhausted, overwhelmed. I have brain fog."
You carry a lot.You care for your family, meet deadlines, juggle responsibilities, and try to be everything to everyone. By the end of the day, there's often very little left for you.Perhaps you've noticed more anxiety, less patience, difficulty sleeping, brain fog, low energy, or a loss of motivation. You know your health matters, but changing lifelong habits can feel overwhelming when you're already stretched thin. You don't need more guilt or another impossible plan. You need someone to come alongside you, help you uncover what's getting in the way, and support you in creating realistic, sustainable changes that restore your health from the inside out.You don't have to settle for simply getting through the day. Together, we'll work toward restoring the habits that support a healthy mind, a resilient body, and a life that flourishes.
Why consider coaching.
Health coaching is about more than receiving information—it's about creating lasting change. Most people already know they should sleep more, eat better, move their bodies, or manage stress more effectively. The challenge is turning those good intentions into sustainable habits, especially when you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or exhausted.A health coach provides personalized guidance, accountability, and support to help you overcome obstacles, build confidence, and make meaningful lifestyle changes that improve both your physical and mental well-being.

A Root-Cause Approach
A root-cause approach to health coaching recognizes that many aspects of your daily life—including sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, relationships, and other lifestyle habits—can significantly influence your overall well-being. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, we work together to explore the factors that may be supporting or hindering your health and identify practical, sustainable changes that align with your goals. As your health coach, I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Instead, I partner with you to help you implement evidence-informed lifestyle strategies, navigate barriers to change, and build lasting habits that support your body's natural capacity for health and resilience.
About me
I'm a daughter, wife, mother, friend, and neighbor. I have worked as a behavioral health nurse and educator for many years while raising and homeschooling my three children.I’m trained in Functional Medicine Health Coaching and can support you in areas like mindset, nutrition, sleep, movement, stress, and relationships. When invited, I also bring experience in spiritual care and inner healing from a Biblical perspective for those who want to explore healing on a deeper spiritual level.
More than anything else, my fundamental identity is that I am a beloved child of God. Without this, I've found nothing else makes much sense.
